What Saidwire Live is

An information service. During a live event we show which tracked words have been said, when, the sentence around them, live public market prices, and the event audio. Every buyer of the same pass gets the same information at the same time.

What it is not

It is not investment, trading or betting advice. We never tell you what to buy or sell, we never place trades, and we never ask for your exchange login or keys. We are not affiliated with Kalshi or any exchange.

Speed and accuracy

We work to be fast and right, but we cannot promise either. Feeds can lag or drop, and other traders may act before any alert reaches you. If we find a word was wrongly marked as said, we post a visible correction.

Your pass

A pass covers one event and ends two hours after the event. It is for your own use. Do not share, resell or rebroadcast the board, the alerts or the audio.

Publishing what Saidwire Pro writes

While your Pro plan is active, you may publish the drafts, quotes, transcript excerpts and story text Saidwire produces for you, under your own byline, outlet or social account, edited or as is, including after your plan ends for material published while it was active. You don't need to credit Saidwire, though we appreciate it. You may not resell or redistribute Saidwire's feed, alerts or word board as a service to others, and the event audio stays the property of its owner. You are responsible for what you publish; we work to be accurate but cannot guarantee it (see Speed and accuracy).

Saidwire Pro (weekly plan)

Pro covers every event we cover while your plan is active. A card is required to start. Your first event is free: we don't charge you until the trial ends, which is shown at checkout and in your welcome email. After that your card is charged the weekly price shown at sign-up, every week, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your welcome email or at saidwire.com/pro/manage, and you keep access until the end of the week you've paid for. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Weeks already charged are not refunded, except as our refund policy describes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the pass in question. We are not responsible for trading or betting losses.
