About
Know the moment it's said.
Saidwire listens to live events and turns speech into verified words, quotes and stories within a second of it being spoken.
What we do
We cover live events as they happen: rallies, press conferences and, soon, earnings calls. For traders, every word on a mention market flips to SAID about 0.3 seconds after it's spoken. For newsrooms and clip accounts, we write a live transcript, a running story and ready-to-post drafts while the speaker is still talking.
How we get it right
Several speech engines listen to the same live audio. A word only counts as said when two of them agree, or our confirmer hears it, and the voice matches the main speaker, so a warm-up act can't trigger it. Every quote in a post must match the live transcript word for word, and a second model checks names, titles and context before anything goes out. When we get something wrong, we post a visible correction.
How fast
Our internal benchmark from two live rallies in October 2026: 90 words, timed against the audio. Median time from the end of a word to the system knowing it:
| System | Median |
|---|---|
| Saidwire | 297 ms |
| Deepgram Flux | 493 ms |
| NVIDIA FastConformer | 589 ms |
| Nemotron streaming | 639 ms |
| Deepgram Nova-3 | 808 ms |
| Canary-1B flash | 882 ms |
Internal test, not an independent audit. Results on other audio will differ.
