Questions buyers ask
How do we verify the latency claims?
Every event produces a receipt: the spoken time of each word from the audio, the time we flagged it, and the time your endpoint received it. You can compare it against your current source on the same event. Our method and benchmark are on the About page.
What's the delivery format?
A WebSocket stream or webhook of JSON events (word, event, spoken time, flagged time, confidence, sentence), the live transcript stream, and a per-event archive. Custom formats on request.
Can we publish or resell what the feed gives us?
Enterprise licenses include publishing and, where agreed, resale rights inside your product. The event audio stays the property of its owner.
Which events can you cover?
Anything with a public live audio feed: press conferences, earnings calls, rallies, hearings, keynotes. We add custom events and word lists during the pilot.
Security and procurement?
We complete vendor security questionnaires, sign your paper or ours, and invoice annually or monthly.
