If we don’t cover the rally, you get your $10 back

If our live coverage of an event fails, for example we lose the feed and cannot show words or audio for a meaningful part of the event, we refund every pass for that event to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask.

Other cases

If the event is cancelled or postponed before it starts, we refund your pass. Once coverage has run normally, passes are not refundable, because the information has been delivered.

How refunds arrive

Through Stripe, to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
