What we collect
- Purchases: your email address and name, and for Saidwire Pro your company if you give it. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Contact form: the name, email, phone, company, role and event details you choose to send us.
- Reminder emails and waitlists: your email address if you ask us to email you before events or when a product opens.
- The "Ask Saidwire" box: what you type, so our AI assistant can answer and so we can learn what people need. Please don't include personal or confidential details.
- Access cookies: small cookies that hold your pass or membership so the site knows you paid. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Visit counts: which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, stored with a daily scrambled visitor code instead of your IP address.
- Server logs: IP address, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To give you access to what you bought, send your access links and receipts, bill and manage subscriptions, handle refunds, answer your questions, send the reminder emails you asked for, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run Saidwire, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- Google (Gmail) sends our emails.
- Anthropic runs the AI model that answers the "Ask Saidwire" box; it receives only the text you type there.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and its database in the United States.
- Telegram, only if you choose to join an event channel; Telegram shares your Telegram name with channel admins.
Data is shared with them over encrypted connections. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Access links are signed so they can't be guessed or altered, the database sits on a private server reachable only by us, and staff access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
Payment records as long as tax law requires. Contact-form messages and reminder-list emails until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Server logs for 30 days.
Your choices
Every reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@saidwire.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
